Euskotren 3.4.0

The Euskotren official application is available in Basque, Spanish, English, and French.

You can accomplish the following with the Euskotren APP:

• Choose the means of transport to access information: railway, Bilbao tramway, and/or Vitoria-Gasteiz tramway
• The ON-LINE feature offers real-time information updates
• The online app determines your current position and identifies the nearest station/stop for your selected transport, displaying the next two departure times
• Search by specifying station/stop start/end, day, and time
• Save your searches in Favourites (save starting point/destination) and/or Plan (save all search data) for convenience in future use without re-entering information
• The application also supplies essential station/stop details: location (including map), contact number (for Customer Service Office related to the specific transport service), accessibility information, next departures, etc.

No registration is necessary; simply download the app to utilize the listed features. However, registering via the online form within the app grants access to additional valuable features:

• Call the 112 emergency number from any screen of the app; this call will be logged with caller data in the Euskotren Incident Manager and the SOS Deiak Coordination Centre
• Report instances of anti-social behavior in trains/tramways and/or stations/stops
• Submit Complaints, Claims, Suggestions, and Appreciation through the app
